1. About ExamAdda

ExamAdda is a free platform offering practice questions, online CBT mock tests, cheatsheets and other preparation material for government recruitment exams and campus placement / aptitude tests.

• Free to use: all content is free. We do not sell subscriptions, test packs or paid services.
• No account needed: you do not need to sign up, register or log in.
• Eligibility: ExamAdda is open to everyone. If you are under 18, please use the site with the knowledge of a parent or guardian.

2. Acceptable use

You may use ExamAdda for your own exam preparation. You agree not to:

• Copy, scrape, download in bulk or crawl questions, solutions or other content, by bots, scripts or any automated means.
• Republish, sell, or share ExamAdda content on another website, app, coaching material, channel or group without our written permission.
• Overload, attack, probe or interfere with the site or its servers, or try to bypass any security or rate limits.
• Tamper with test results or analysis, or submit fake or automated test attempts.
• Interfere with ads, for example by clicking ads artificially or encouraging others to do so.
• Use the site for anything unlawful, or upload or send malicious code.

We may block access from any IP address or device that breaks these rules, without notice.

3. Our content and your licence to use it

All questions, solutions, explanations, shortcuts, cheatsheets, test designs, text, graphics and software on ExamAdda are owned by ExamAdda or used with permission, and are protected by Indian copyright law.

We give you a free, personal, non-commercial and revocable licence to view and use this content for your own preparation. You may print or save a few pages for personal study. Teachers and students may share a link to an ExamAdda page.

Any other use, including commercial use, reproduction or creating derivative material, needs our prior written permission. Exam names, logos and trademarks of other organisations belong to their owners and are used only to describe the exams our material covers.

4. Accuracy, no official affiliation, no guaranteed results

• Accuracy: we work to keep questions, answers and explanations correct and up to date, but errors can happen. Current affairs and exam patterns change over time. If you find a mistake, please report it to support@examadda.in.
• Mock test results: scores, analysis and any rank or comparison shown on ExamAdda are for practice only. They do not predict or guarantee your performance, selection or result in any real exam or placement process.

5. Ads, third-party links and your data

• Advertising: ExamAdda is kept free by ads served through Google AdSense. Ads are provided by third parties, and we do not endorse the products or services advertised. Any dealing with an advertiser is between you and that advertiser.
• External links: we may link to official exam portals and other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
• Test data and privacy: when you submit a test, your responses are stored to show your result and analysis, without being linked to your identity. How we handle data is explained in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Availability, disclaimers and liability

Availability. We may add, change, pause or remove any test, feature or content at any time, and the site may be unavailable during maintenance or for reasons outside our control. In-progress tests kept in your browser may be lost if you clear browser data, close the tab or lose your connection.

No warranties. ExamAdda is provided free, "as is" and "as available". To the extent allowed by law, we make no promise that the site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability. To the extent allowed by law, ExamAdda and the people who run it are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from errors in content, lost test data, site downtime, or decisions you make based on the site, including about exam applications or preparation.

Indemnity. You agree to compensate ExamAdda for any loss or claim caused by your breach of these Terms or misuse of the site.

Blocking access. We may restrict or block access for anyone who breaks these Terms, without notice.

7. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at [City, State].

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the current version. Continuing to use ExamAdda after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
